Privacy Policy

The Institute for Shared Understanding is committed to handling personal information with care, restraint, and transparency.

Clario Reviews™ and online tools

The communication you submit is processed solely to produce your Clario Review™. It is not retained as part of your account history. Please avoid submitting confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information. Your submission is evaluated by an AI evaluation service on the Institute's behalf. Operational logs record usage (such as time and review type) but not the submitted content.

Complimentary Project Kickoff Review™

To reserve your complimentary review, we ask for your email address and send a one-time verification code. We record your email address (or, for organisational addresses, your organisation's email domain) and the date the review was used, so that each organisation or individual receives one complimentary review. The communication you submit is processed solely to produce your Clario Review™ and is not retained. We do not use your email for newsletters or promotions unless you separately ask us to.

How information is used

Retention

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting the Institute. Newsletter recipients may unsubscribe from any message.
