Scores of 2 and 4 are never used. Evaluators make a clear, evidence-based judgment.

Missing
The signal is absent or cannot be determined.

Weak
The signal exists but is incomplete, vague, or unlikely to achieve its purpose.

Present but Incomplete
Generally present and understandable, with significant gaps.
5
Present and Effective
Clear, complete, specific, and actionable.
Calculation
Clario Score = sum of five signals (maximum 25)
Communication Effectiveness = (Clario Score ÷ 25) × 100
